By placing Stewart's raw, emotional audition within the context of sci-fi imagery, the piece invites viewers to consider the dissonance between curated visuals and unfiltered self-expression. The work seeks to examine how we navigate the tension between external challenges and our internal truths, questioning what it means to be truly alone and on a pre-destined course.

Through this juxtaposition, the experiment also probes the idea of performance itself—both the literal performance of the monologue and the metaphorical performance of being alone.
